Information processed
The shop stores the selected pieces and delivery country in the visitor's browser. A delivery quote sends the country, postcode, selected shop numbers and shipping choice to the checkout service. Stripe collects the buyer's name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, payment status and payment information. Piepmatz Art keeps the order reference, purchased shop numbers, amounts, shipping country and service, fulfillment status, and support or return correspondence needed to complete the sale.
Why it is processed
Order and delivery data is processed to take steps requested by the buyer, perform the purchase contract, prevent duplicate sales of one-of-one artworks, provide customer support, handle returns or disputes, and comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Essential security records may be processed for the seller's legitimate interest in protecting the shop and payment flow.
Who receives it
Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Cloudflare hosts the protected checkout and minimal order register. GitHub Pages hosts the public shop, but the public catalogue contains no buyer information. Postal carriers receive the information required to deliver an accepted order. Professional advisers or authorities receive information only where required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Portugal or the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer safeguards. Their own privacy notices explain those safeguards and processing locations.
Retention
Browser basket data remains on the visitor's device until it is cleared. Checkout attempts and order records are kept only as long as needed to complete the transaction, protect one-of-one inventory, resolve claims and meet applicable legal record-keeping duties. Payment-card details are not stored by Piepmatz Art.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests can be sent to contact@clandestinalabs.com. A complaint may also be made to Portugal's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
Cookies and local storage
The Piepmatz Art shop does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage only to remember the basket and selected delivery country on that device.
