Purchase terms
Online payment remains unavailable while the seller's VAT treatment is being finalized. The final checkout will show the complete price, including any applicable taxes and delivery, before payment.

What you are buying
Each shop number identifies the artwork shown in its listing. Every original is a unique, one-of-one physical work. Handmade pieces may include the material irregularities visible in the listing images. The price attached to each piece in the shop is authoritative for that piece.
Payment and order acceptance
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars and Stripe may offer a local-currency conversion before payment. A paid order remains subject to acceptance and inventory confirmation. If a piece cannot be supplied, the payment will be refunded in full.
Dispatch
Accepted orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. The delivery estimate shown by the carrier begins after dispatch and may be affected by customs, remote destinations or events outside the seller's control.
Tracked or insured tracked shipping
The buyer chooses between tracked CTT delivery with the carrier's base protection and insured tracked CTT delivery with Extra Protection for the artwork value, up to the stated limit. The selected service and price are shown before payment. A tracking reference is supplied after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs formalities, duties, taxes or handling charges in the destination country. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, those destination charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Fourteen-day withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the buyer may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the artwork. To exercise this right, email a clear cancellation statement to contact@clandestinalabs.com before the deadline, then return the artwork within 14 days. The buyer pays the direct return postage and should use secure, tracked packaging. The seller refunds the eligible purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery after the returned work is received, or after the buyer supplies evidence of return, subject to applicable law.
Damage, defects and incorrect orders
Statutory conformity and consumer rights remain unchanged. If an artwork arrives damaged, is materially different from its listing or the wrong item was sent, contact the seller promptly with the order reference and photographs. The seller is responsible for the legally required remedy and related return costs.
Returns condition
The buyer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork's nature and characteristics. Return instructions and the return address will be confirmed by email before anything is sent back.
Privacy
Stripe handles payment information. Piepmatz Art processes only the information needed to quote delivery, complete the order, provide support and meet legal obligations. Read the privacy notice for details.
