Online payment remains disabled until these terms, the seller identity, prices and delivery rates are finalized. This draft does not replace legal review.
What you are buying
Each shop number identifies the work or bookmark edition shown in the order. Original works are unique and limited to one. Handmade items may have small material variations visible in their listing.
Payment and currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Stripe may offer payment in another currency. Any local-currency price and conversion information is shown by Stripe before payment is confirmed.
Insured tracked delivery
Physical orders are sent only with tracking and insurance. The buyer pays the delivery price shown at checkout. A tracking reference is provided after dispatch. Tracking documents dispatch and delivery progress. It does not remove rights that the buyer has under applicable consumer law.
Delivery risk and problems
For consumer sales where mandatory law applies, delivery risk passes when the buyer, or a person chosen by the buyer, receives the goods. Please report visible damage, non-delivery or a materially incorrect item promptly so the carrier record and available remedy can be handled.
Returns and mandatory rights
Applicable cancellation, return, refund and conformity rights remain available and are not limited by these terms. Final return instructions, seller identity and contact details must be published before live checkout is enabled.
Privacy
Stripe processes payment and checkout details. Piepmatz keeps only the order reference, shop numbers, quantities, amount, country code, status and fulfillment notes needed to complete the order. Card data is not stored by Piepmatz.
